L&E Partners is a boutique, national executive search/consulting firm that develops targeted CEO introductions for a select group of private equity firms. Our objective is to create and nurture the right interactions that ultimately can lead to maximum investment returns.
Lori Hess
Lori has spent the majority of her career working within or with the private equity community. From 1994-2007, she was with Charterhouse Group Inc., a middle-market private equity firm in New York. At Charterhouse Group, Lori developed the firm’s Healthcare industry vertical and was instrumental in the firm’s healthcare initiatives and portfolio companies, including the acquisition of Cross Country Healthcare, merger with its leading competitor, and subsequent IPO. She sat on several of the firm’s healthcare portfolio company Boards of Directors and also co-led the firm’s Business Development function, whereby she identified operating executives to lead new investment strategies as well as worked proactively with numerous deal and financing sources.
Sandi Macan
Sandi Macan has been an executive recruiter for the past thirty years, identifying senior-level management for a variety of industries. Sandi has partnered with executive management and investors to help companies build high-performing leadership teams and has a track record of success in securing top talent for publicly traded, private equity-backed, and venture-funded companies in industries including healthcare, cleantech, industrial, financial services, and consumer products. Sandi joined L&E Partners in 2021 and became a Partner in 2023.
Sandi lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with her husband. She has an MBA from Villanova University and a BA in Political Science from Johns Hopkins University.
Nikki Delp
Nikki Delp has been an executive recruiter since 2018, working across various industries including industrial, healthcare, and consumer products, for publicly traded, private equity-backed, and venture-funded companies. Since 2020, Nikki has focused primarily on private equity, for portfolio companies and directly for private equity firms. Nikki brings a background in marketing and communications prior to entering executive search and often has lent a hand to the marketing departments at her previous search firms. Nikki joined L&E Partners in 2023.
Nikki lives in the Philadelphia suburbs and has a BA in Mass Communication from University of Delaware.
